Slow computer cleanup
Virus and malware removal, junk software cleaned out, startup trimmed so the machine boots fast again.
$99 flat
One person. Local. Las Vegas.
I'm Keith Baker. I run a one-person tech service here in the valley: computers, Wi-Fi, TVs, home media servers, 3D printing, and getting AI set up in plain English. You talk to me, I do the work, and the price on this page is the price you pay.
I confirm the flat price on the callback, before any visit gets booked. No surprises on the day.
If I can't fix it, you don't pay for the attempt, and I'll tell you straight what I would do instead.
If a job needs a part, you pay what I pay. I show you the receipt. Parts never get marked up.
Every price below is the whole price for the job described. If your problem turns out bigger than the card, I stop and quote the real number before doing anything extra.

Fill in the form below. A photo of the error screen or the back of the TV helps, and you can send one when I reply.
You hear from me personally, usually the same day. I confirm the flat price before anything gets scheduled.
I come to you, or connect remotely. You pay when it works. If it can't be fixed, you don't pay.
Keith Baker Tech is me, Keith Baker. I started this business in Las Vegas, I answer the requests myself, and I do the work myself. There is no office, no call center, and no guessing which technician shows up. When you book, you are booking me.
My name is on the domain because my name is on the work. At home I keep a network, a file server, and a media library of a few thousand movies and shows running for my own house, and people around me have been handing me their broken tech for years. This business is me doing that work for the rest of the valley.
Signed, Keith · Las Vegas
This business is new, so there are no reviews to show yet. The first customers are coming from word of mouth around the valley. Until the reviews pile up, the deal carries the risk instead: a flat price agreed before I start, and no fix means no charge.
In person across the Las Vegas valley: Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Enterprise, and Boulder City. No trip fee inside the valley. Remote help works anywhere, as long as your internet does.
Because I am the whole business. Most days I am out on jobs, where I can't answer a phone reliably, and I would rather call you back properly than let a call die in voicemail. The form reaches me directly, and I call back the same day, usually within a few hours. If you would rather write it out, email me at keithbakerlv@gmail.com.
The visit, the work described on the card, and leaving it set up and working. If the job turns out bigger than the card, I stop, explain, and quote the real price before doing anything extra. Nothing gets added without your say-so.
Then you don't pay. Some machines are not worth repairing, and I will tell you that straight, along with what I would do instead.
Parts are at cost, with the receipt shown. I never mark parts up, and I will always tell you the part price before ordering anything.
When the work is done and working. Nothing is due up front for the jobs on the menu.
No. No membership, no subscription, no contract. You pay for a job when you need a job done.
I reply personally, usually the same day. Rather email? keithbakerlv@gmail.com
